Both, because it gives you better experience and makes you more confident in the work that you do..... Describe the benefits of working with others No man is an island....so by working with others you will gain experience and it makes you an extrovert.... Describe the benefits of working alone being an introvert is not really good because you have to share your ideas with others and make better decisions.
