What type of job are you looking for?

Customer Service Jobs. Aministrative Assistant Human Resources Assistant

What nationality are you?

Indo-Fijian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English Hindi

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Fiji, because Iam a citizen of this country and have no intentions of migrating in near future.

What countries have you worked in?

Non at the moment.

What fields have you worked in before?

Previously I worked as a Customer Interactions Agent and also as a Adimistrative Assistant.

What qualifications do you hold?

I hold a bacholer of Arts Degree majoring in Economics and Management and Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific. And I also have done certificate in computer courses from Australia Pacific Tertiary Institution (APTI).

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Basically I would consider both. But at first without any education its hard to get a job and once you begin your career path than work experience or skills play a very intergral part towards your advancement and better job opportunities.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others enhance and nourish your knowledge and skills through exchange of ideas not only from work perspective but also through your daily lives, people tend to learn a lot of things just through mere observation of individual behavoiur.

Describe the benefits of working alone

In working alone scenario, there is also a lot of advantage whereby a person gets to do everything alone so he/she has thorough knowledge of everything that is done at work. And also he/she does not have to be dependant on anyone else through the entire process of what has to be done.

What was your worst working experience?

Working as a Customer Interaction Agents for a call centre. Due to its odd hours of work and lack of appropriate transportation I had to give up that job.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Throughout my career I have learnt that puntuality and performance is the way to go. You can only love your job and make it more enjoyable and less stressful only if you give your 100% best of your ability.

What unique skills do you have?

I have excellent communications and customer interactions skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job right now would be, being a customer service officer as communicating with diffrent types of people interests me alot. But never-the-less one day I would like to be a Human Resources Officer upon completion of my further studies regarding human resource.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Being able to communicate with people of many different backgrounds. And upon receiving positive comments from happy customers give an inner satisfaction from the work that I have performed.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Sometimes you have to deal with very rude and arrogant customers. But handling them with patients is what pays at the end.

Would you like recieve job training for few weeks before being absorbed as a full time employee?

Yes, I would certainly like to get some type of job training before being absobed as a full time employee so that I have some idea of what type of job I have to perform and once I start up as a full time emlpoyee, I would be able to perform my job better and be with par with my collegues

How can potential employers contact you?

I can be contacted on:

email: raishally@yahoo.com OR Ph:679 9973069
