Formal education or skills and why? Having dream. Skills, it's practical. Actually is do what you like to do. When you like to do somthing, you will do it well. Describe the benefits of working with others Pepoles can't see themselves false but others .From the errors of others to make Better. Confucius says "If there of us are walking together, at least one of the other two is good enough to be my teacher." There are so many benefits of working with others.That's why people living in groups . Describe the benefits of working alone Pay attention on work. Too many cooks spoil the broth. I think it depending what kind of work which need focus What was your worst working experience? I was working at a outdoor shop. One of the manager was telling me the skill for selling hiking shoes " Which model that we have size or most expensive, we sell hard on it even it is not what they wanted" He want me to lie to the people who didn't know about stuff. I don't think this is the way to make money, a worng hiking shoe or worng size might hurt people.I couldn't do it even watching him selling the worng shoes. After a month ,few peoples and me leaving this company togeter. I know sucessful selling is impoetant but realy realy not this way. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt how to know the customer needed by asking and thinking. I love to see the customers got exactly what they wanted. I have learnt how to work with colleague. I improved my english by many foreigner, and many story by their experience. And how to choose outdoor equipment. What unique skills do you have? For me curiously discovering is the skill I think it is "unique". Many peoples talk English ,many peoples went to the college. But someday I will go to college. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Any about traveling, hiking, exploring, seeing peoples laughing .......... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? learning something that I couldn't learn from school, meeting peoples, sunshine and sea, away form crowded city. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Couldn't make money to afford living. Working with peoples who have very different mind.
