I'm a surgeon, therefore I consider both extremely relevant. Probably, in the first part of an educational pathway formal education is more relevant. With time, practical skills became more and more important. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is essential for my job. Of course, no healthcare job can do by oneself. In general, working with others helps understanding one's skills and limits. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone is the opportunity to concentrate your energies on one specific target, eliminating all issue may distract from the objective.
