I am looking forward to work in Finland because i will be doing my bachelor degree in nursing in Finland.I have always wanted to work in health sector and i love to work with kids and elderly people so i want to work as an care giver of children and elderly people.i am good in art and craft,designing as well so i am willing to work in this field also. I have worked in Nepal as a nurse in hospitals and health project , I taught school children art and craft subject as well.I volunteered in many school as an art teacher What countries do you have a visa to work in? Finland What field do you currently work in? I work in health project called "Vision Dolpa"as a nurse and volunteer in primary school in Dolpa. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in health sector and hospital as a nurse.I have worked in school as an art teacher.Volunteered in children program. What qualifications do you hold? I have done proficiency certificate level in nursing that is like Associates Degree in Nursing.I have attended "skill birth attendent"health training as well. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I strictly prefer the skills because the students of th present days get certified in a theoretical way but they get failed when they come to job.So it will be better for us to consider the skill in all aspects and so we can filter those who were not fit in the practical work. Describe the benefits of working with others When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways. Describe the benefits of working alone I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere. So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? 1. I am very good at taking care of Aging Parents and i love old people,i am good with kids as well. 2. I can cope with difficult older parent and guide stressed-Out elderly. 3.I have the ability to manage situation and deal with challenging behaviour and focused. 4.excellent communication skills,patience and a good sense of humor. 5.I have good knowledge of nursing care and health problems. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? An ideal nurse. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Most interesting aspect of this field is that you get to be with old people and kids who are very innocent and interesting.you can feel like family environment.self satisfaction,sense of helping humanity and serving mankind is the best aspect of this job.
