Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is something that help our skills to grows... the point is that lot of time, we have no chance to prove out our skills, or to improve them, because in some work they always require for expertise. Skills is becoming something which is required, without having the chance to grow them. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is the only way to make complicated reality and troubles go to a positive end. If everyone works wisely as part of a mechanism, controlled and teached by someone who have enough expertise and skills, the result can't be different from good. Describe the benefits of working alone The best in working alone is that you have just responsabilities of your action. Sometimes is kinda difficult to be able to seize all the work in progress, if you're alone as guide. By being an alone worker, you and only YOU are the responsible of something becoming better or worst. What was your worst working experience? Probably it was a summer job as picking up fruit. I actually worked in two place. In the first one it was horrible: we weren't legally working, we spent something like 12 hrs for day under the sun (and that summer, it was crazy for the heat). Water was good just for the first 15 min, then it was tasting totally bad. And in the end, we were promised to be payed around 4 euros, and we got 2 for hours. HORRIBLE. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That you always need to talk to people, to be able to do your work without misunderstooding. What unique skills do you have? i think I am patient enough to learn lot of stuff while working with others, and I learn things very fast. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? the best would be in some event management office, or something in which I can have contact with people. I do LOVE music, and I do like a lot to practise my language skills. My favourite job would be something in which I can be not necessary, but appreciated for my job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? probably, that it's middle way between art skills and IT skills. multimedia editing, like video editing and music editing, is something that I like a lot to do. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? when it becomes too much down to write in IT languages... What is the most important thing for you in a job? Not the pay and not the job itself... I'm always open to new experiences. I just want to find something that make me able to live on my own, and that is not something really boring and repetitive.
