You need a formal education and skills also. The education to have some knowledge and skills to show and integrate quickly in any job. Describe the benefits of working with others The first benefit is that you can learn from each other, you can format a team and work together. You can find out many things from others and they can help you to succeed. Describe the benefits of working alone You don't have many benefits by working alone, it's not good to work alone. If you do that the benefits could be that you are working on your own and you don't have to share the success with others. What was your worst working experience? I didn't have such experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is that you have to be open-mind, to have always a positive attitude and respect the ones around you. What unique skills do you have?
