I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? The combination of both yields better results. But at time of crisis, the trouble shooting and turn around time would be minimal when you are skilfull in that area. Describe the benefits of working with others It is always gud work as a team, as in a healthy team the knowledge sharing would be there, we can exchange ideas and benefit from others ideas and support. Describe the benefits of working alone You are the boss and a sense of complete ownership would drive you to work in agile and you would have the liberty to work at your own pace and convenience. What was your worst working experience? There were occasions where in i have worked day and night continously, due to the underestimation and delivered the tasks. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be open to new ideas. Have faith on you. Work as a team. What unique skills do you have? I am a fun loving person who easily adapts to the environment. Very quick learner. Passionate about what i do. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Nothing specific. But after retirement also want to serve for the community. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? What are the least interesting aspects of your field? From my experience, i would say we have to sacrifice a portion of our personal life.
