i am looking for job as a medical officer or resident

What nationality are you?

indian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

english- no exam of english proficiency qualified,throughout educated in convent school.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

am looking to work in any of the european countries,cause i feel i would have more chance of growing academically and professionally there.

What countries have you worked in?

india

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

dont have a visa till now.

What field do you currently work in?

paediatrics

What fields have you worked in before?

paediatrics as medical officer in anti retroviral therapy center at lady hardinge medical college,new delhi which is the center of excellence for paediatric HIV in india

What qualifications do you hold?

bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery step 1 usmle qualified

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

i think skills are more important as it is the way of implementing the knowledge to practice.

Describe the benefits of working with others

it tests our group skills,cooperativity,tolerance in totality. and capability of working just not as a individual but as a team.

Describe the benefits of working alone

it tests one's capabilities and confidence of dealing with critical situations when alone.i puts to test one's potential.

What was your worst working experience?

while working as medical officer at ART CENTER i came across some children suffering from HIV due to blood transfusion from infected blood from government hospitals,it was very hard to see these kids suffer from such a disease with no fault of their at all.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

patients are the most important thing in a doctor's life cause all we learn and gain we own it to them,so we ought to help them in which ever way possible

What unique skills do you have?

i am a quick learner and a very fast worker too.i have a very friendly personality and get along well both with my seniors as well as my colleagues.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working as a professor of paediatrics.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

it has a unique combination of professional satisfaction and a respectful life,the joy of helping a person in misery is beyond all pleasures and solace.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

long working hours at times causes both mental and physical toll on us as professionals but its just part and parcel of this field.
