I would like to work in Finland to gain skills in the country of social welfare to explore and assist people.

Republic of Georgia.

EU member countries

What field do you currently work in?

Social Field, child protection

What fields have you worked in before?

Administrative assistant in various social projects, implemented by local and International organizations

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a certified social worker with Masters in Social Work.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills are valuable for me, as I learn from mistakes made during practice and gain solid knowledge in certain field.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Sharing knowledge, getting assistance and encouragement, having opportunity of discussing certain problem with professionals and making reasonable decision.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working out professional features such as decision making by your own, self management and mobilization in critical situations.

What was your worst working experience?

When my beneficiary- juvenile probationer was arrested again after the rehabilitation activities.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Keep motivation and strength even if you fail, there is always someone who needs your help!

What unique skills do you have?

I am sociable with sense of humor that helps me to make people smile.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Manager of the humanitarian center.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Getting closer to vulnerable people, assisting them in overcoming challenges, being useful for others.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Working on papers and official forms.

What group of population have you worked with ?

vulnerable children and their family members; Orphans, probationers, institutional children.
