What fields have you worked in before? community development projects.particularly water aand sanitation projects What qualifications do you hold? I have Bachelar degree of geology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider more valuable skills.because if you have good skill you could have a better oppurtunity for working and developing the world. Describe the benefits of working with others As far as i know, group working is better than working alone .frist, group working bring board many people with different skills and opens a door to share those skills and put practice to it.secondly,working with others bring one to have broader experience from those people and share with them lesson learnt from their previouse projects. Describe the benefits of working alone I think working alone doesnt bring any progress in my point of view. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was about to work a country that inherited two dacedes of civil war, where the community we were working with them tried several times to kill to us and also they were chasing us while we are trying to help them and emphasazing to give them chance to have safe and clean water in order to reduce number of water ralated ,shed and born deseases. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? frist of all ,i have been working in my country last 10 years as a water engineer and community worker.during my working period i have learned many lessons about community developments such as: 1.community contribution is more important and could bring the project to be sustainable and also play an important role for the ownership of the project. 2.when community behaviour change takes place,the community can benefit from the project throug capacity building. 3.when community participation take place also ownership and sustainibility take place. 2. What unique skills do you have? My unique skills are as geologist,so that i can work different areas of geology .Forinstance a can be gemologist,hydrologisy,sismologist and development worker. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be a development worker under UN agencies. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most important aspects of my field are as community worker and community interventer. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? My least interesting aspects of my field is as a gemology.
