What type of job are you looking for?

I am seeking a nursing job.

What nationality are you?

Cameroonian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English is my prime language and speak and write it well. While French is my second language which i am moderate in.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I will like to work in United Kingdom, Finland, Canada. This because they have equal job opportunity and their economy is stable.There is employee and employer good job relationship. I will also like to explore other countries and learn their way of living

None at the moment

What field do you currently work in?

I work in the field of Nursing

What fields have you worked in before?

Nursing field,and Teaching

What qualifications do you hold?

I and a Registered Nurse from the USA with Texas nursing License

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both formal and skill education because they are inter related. Once you have the formal education you stive more and understand what to do with the skills you have.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One of my professors once said that learning never ends. Therefore i believe that working with orders give you the opportunity to learn from them and get to unstand one another as far as their relationship with others are like.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Well, working alone has its benefit in that you are less distracted and therefore can perform more.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was working with employees that are nagging and constantly complaining about the employer and company without going to the right channel. Also when rules and broken with no punishment for it.Patients are maltreated by some employees.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learnt that it is very important to do your best at any level to take take care of the sick, because sickness is not bought from the market. You should place yourself in their position and before you care for them, think of how you will feel if you were to hurt them physically or emotionally. And above all pray for them within you as your work. Encouragement is the best medication

What unique skills do you have?

I am very hardworking and always stand out in my job performance. It takes my new employer just a few days to move me up to leadership position. I am caring, compassionate and dedicate din what i do. My clients comes first.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I will like to be where the patients aor clients are put first and where there is eual opportunity for all. Also where employees are sreened properly to make sure that they are safe to work with.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspect is that we get to meet with people of all works of life. People that are hurting emotionally and physically and therefore ready to lash out on us evn when we are doing our best. You do better when you understand such temperament.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspect of our field is that we can easily loose our license if we are to make any graveous mistakes.

How many years of work experience do you have?

I have 2 years of work experience as a RN and have held several positions in the nursing field such as regular floor nurse, charge nurse, supervisor and Director of nursing services.
