Dutch/english speaking job seekerWhat type of job are you looking for? I recetnly moved to finland, there for i look for a solid and challenging job. Pref. On fulltime contracting based. What nationality are you? I'm a Dutch person, therefor my native language is Dutch. My English skill writen aswell as verbal are almoste on a equal level. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? As i have four years of working experience in retail face to face sales i would prefer to develop my skill further in a equal job. Any kind of challenging job where i can develop myself further in will be accepted aswell. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? In finland in kuopio and cities in the same area. Traveling is not considered a problem. I am looking for a job in this area as my wife studies in kuopio. What countries have you worked in? I have been working for six years within Netherlands. The past months i worked here in Finland in whatever job i got offered. I am able to aply positive refferences of all places i have been working. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I am able to work in finland. This is also the only country i wish to work in. What field do you currently work in? The passed four years i worked for T-Mobile netherlands retail. I worked as a phone sales contractor in a store. Here i learned th skills of face to face sales and conversating on every level of society. Before this period and after i moved to finland i mostly worked in construction work and gardening, because of the lack of more challenging jobs and need of payment. What fields have you worked in before? Here i would like to refer to the question above. What qualifications do you hold? I am a hard working person who is able to communicate in dutch and english on every level. I am used to targets and deadlines aswell as living up to the expectations of my employer. I can take critisisme without discussions and learn from it. Aswell i am a fast learner in every aspect of work and life. You give me a job, i get it done. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would chose for expertise any given moment above education. I did not finish my education yet still i always lived up to my employers expectations. Things you learn at the job you dont always learn from the school books, on the otger hand you will always learn what is teached at school during the time you perform your job. Describe the benefits of working with others You can always learn from your co workers wich makes it more easy to develop yourself. Aswell its good to work in a team where you can count on eachother. Describe the benefits of working alone You got your own working space and can focus on your job without distraction from co workers. Aswell it makes you a perfectionist as its only yourself to blame when mistakes are made. What was your worst working experience? Factory works. Because its the same work without a change. No challenge no brain involved. I see this as the only job i can not perform. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Two things: Never give up, do as asked. What unique skills do you have? I have the skill to read people and that makes me a good sales man. I can interact with people on the level they prefer. I can listen and still be the leader in a conversation and bend it the way i want yo go without the other person noticing. This made me the favourite sales man for customers aswell for my employer because of my sales result and cusomer satisfaction. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Manager in a multinational company in the retail or hr section. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? People. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I love sales and see any aspect in it as a challenge. Why would i as employer hire you? You give me a job i get your job done. Aswell im loyal and hard working,therfor reliable.
