What field do you currently work in? I am a Zonal school inspector...under the Ministry of Education and vocational Training-Tanzania,inspecting school teachers,the way they are teaching,the methods of teaching the use,advice them and writting a report. What fields have you worked in before? i was just a normal school teacher,teaching english and swahili subject in secondary school for almost nine years. What qualifications do you hold? Masters Degree of Education. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills education as the students can get it and later can be able to be employed or employ by them self Describe the benefits of working with others you can gain more and new knowledge from others,also they can get also something from me...but on top of that it will be easy solving different challenges we met by every one alone from your country. Describe the benefits of working alone you do what you plan easly and on time. What was your worst working experience? the worst working experience i have is when one student in the class i was teaching was embaresing me to not touch him because he is grownup man and on his trible it is a sin to be touched by a woman like me,and he provoking me in front of other students so i was very ungry and fail to go on with the class but later i foung that boy and advice on how to stay with his beliving and obey school rule in time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that no one is empty headed in this world,as i was a normal teacher i did well and the goverment selected me with little i have to work as a school zonal inspector. What unique skills do you have? guidance and councelling skill without being tought,its in born,and torerance. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
