Describe the benefits of working alone It gives you the advantage of concentrating on your job and somehow gives you the power to decide on certain matter. Some jobs are also being done ahead of time because there could be no interference with decision making. Being able to reach out to those people who had gone through sickness such as stroke or people who had accidents and rehabilitating them..seeing them progress through time is not only interesting but also fulfilling.
