What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak english, french, and haitian-creole. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would like very much to work in Haiti because I have so much to offer and contribute in order to help alleviating the pain and the suffering of the population. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in the United States of America and as a volunteer in Haiti before the earthquake of 2010. What field do you currently work in? i'm a dedicated teacher and guidance counselor. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked in the fields of Education and Human Resources. What qualifications do you hold? I have a MastersIt degree in Education, and I speak English, French, and Haitian-Creole. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? It all depends on the situation. However, I do consider a formal education to be more valuable because once an individual is educated he/she has more options available to achieve attainable goals and become a productive member of society. Describe the benefits of working with others As members of the human family, we can have a better quality of life by working and cooperating with one another. Describe the benefits of working alone While working alone, an individual can be more focused on the task to be accomplished and avoid being distracted by others. What was your worst working experience? I cannot recall having one, however I've had the unpleasant experience of working with some individuals who simply refuse to pull their weight. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learnt throughout my career is that we all have the capacity to grow, to love and to work cooperatively in order to achieve our worthwhile goals and objectives. What unique skills do you have? I am a very caring person with very good critical thinking skills, and I work well with others. I am also fluent in three languages. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be to help illiterate individuals become literate, or any job that contributes to human growth and development. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of my field are human growth and development, and I strongly believe it is the greatest investment we can ever make as a society. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I cannot think of any. How soon can I begin to assist others in need? As soon as possible since I am able and willing.
