What field do you currently work in? I am currently working as a Field Coordinator for the Integrated Watershed Management Project (PIWAMP) under the Ministry of Agriculture, The Gambia. I have worked in the Department of Water Resources,Program Coordinator in rice production, Soil and Water Conservation officer and Program Coordinator Agricultural Mechanization. What qualifications do you hold? Certificate in General Agriculture, Gambia College BSc. in Agriculture, Fort Valley State University,Ga.(USA) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education is paper qualification, but skills are more of experience tool for sustainability. Describe the benefits of working with others Benefits can be many, but the atmosphere of learning from others and vi-sa-vi others learning from you mathimaticaly result to perfect team work.
