I consider formal education more valuable because it is proof that one is knowlegable in his field, while one my have the skill but has no documents to prove it. Describe the benefits of working with others People learn form each other when they work together. Having input from several persons could most likely result in better decisions because each person brings his or her own expertise to the group. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone enables one to be creative,to develop decision making skills, and to become more responsible for his or her actions. What was your worst working experience? The worst working experiene for me was having a boss who does not seem to know what he/she is doing. It is frustrating. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There is always room for improvement. What unique skills do you have? I do not succum easily to pressure.Infact, I seem to respond positively and the best in me is brought out. I seem to automatically become the leader of my group when the going gets tough. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I love teaching, and my dream job would be to run a school that has all the necessary equipment, materials, building space and human resources to ensure my students' success. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is to watch a student overcome insecurity and low self esteem to become a confident young man or woman. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The lack of parental involvement. Indiscipline among students, and the lack of needed material to get the job done. Would you consider leaving your present career? Why or why not? While I would like ton see teachers regaing the respect they used to have, I would not consider leaving the field. Teaching is what I do best, and I am willing to continue learning not only new information, but also new teaching strategies to ensure students' achievement.
