I am automotive engineer Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education advantage: undestent the process of live in general skills advantage: give the possibility of doing to many thinks in different domains. So I consider that skills are more important than formal education, but in relation with that give to the man freedom to do allot of thinks.
