Desktop support(6 months)in private concern, Technical Support and hardware maintenance(2006-2008)in BPO Ltd, What qualifications do you hold? BSC (Computer Science) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i would like to go for Skills because i was below average student in my school days but i passed out 1st class in my graduation (because of my interest in computers) but i am not willing to do my post graduation. Skills are more valuable than education because you know what your doing in critical and urgent situation you can rectify the problem without any trouble, practical is nothing but skills and theoretical is nothing but formal education,,,practical is best for me Describe the benefits of working with others working with others is always great for new ideas to develop something also moral in the work place growth, building relationship and networking..you never feel boring in the work Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is you can perform yourself independently then you realize what is your real strength and weakness so you could also improve your weakness skills without anyone knows and how deep you go inside the work so you try to discover some new things you just totally out of control (out of control peoples can make histories) What was your worst working experience? i made a computer for Australian family here in 2008 august 11 and i got a call from that lady exactly 12Am(august 12)she scolded me like fire cracker because of her computer monitor was displaying, and i told her to do switch on your display button on your monitor and let me know the status,,she said sorry its working now..that day was my birthday 12/08/1984 What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? if your getting tension and bit emotion you will failed to rectify the problem, Computer troubleshooting and hardware problem is always challenging for skills i would not say you have to be cool but you have to be very concentration while your facing problems,,because of data's in that system What unique skills do you have? System analyst, i can rectify software and hardware troubleshooting develop the system to high-end machine, solve the technical problem and i can guide the person to solve the problems in easy way What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i am not dreaming about jobs, i only dream about to be a program creator what the other peoples cant able do, definitely i will become a creator in IT world What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
