Skills because one gets to learn more n most things are done practically. But formal woul also not be bad because one gets the basics of a certain field. Describe the benefits of working with others There is alot to gain in this case one gets to cooparate with others which may be beneficial. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone would not be the best thing to do because one is focused on his or her own understanding of things and hence uder development.
