I`m looking for a job which connects with Russian language, translating, marketing, advertising, reseaching, consulting,organization. I`m a native speaker - and i know that now Germany has a lot of business connections with russia so maybe my skills will help one company to make and develope good busimes with Russia. What nationality are you? Russian Federation What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English - advanced, Russian - native, German - beginner What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Germany - because of the economic level, level of life and a good oportunity to make a career. Also because this country have a lot of business connections with Russia. What countries have you worked in? Russia What countries do you have a visa to work in? In my situation i will apply for working visa and working permition after i have a contract with a company which will be intrested in me. What field do you currently work in? Advertising and marketing. Organization promotion project, dealing with finances. What fields have you worked in before? Advertising, HR, promotion, sales, service, restaurant (manager). What qualifications do you hold? Marketing, PR, business english,training manager. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think formal education gives a person basic knowledges which he or she will improve and apply at work. But after the skills playing the main part - because the company is needed not only people with "papers" but clever and well organized persons who can do a good job. Describe the benefits of working with others You are always learning something from other person, you can develop team playing skills, you develop your comunicative skills, the skills of finding decesion and skill of responsability. you can develop your leader skills and psychology skills - because every person is different and you should know how to find an approach to everyone and how to built trust and respection. Describe the benefits of working alone You know that everything is depend only on you, you can make a plans and acheive them. Working alone helps to develop responsability and attention. What was your worst working experience? I can say that bad expecience also a result so you can analyse what was wrong and in future you can escape this kind of situations. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That you should be open-mimded, hard working and purposful. You should be honest and pespectful. Only hard working can help you to make a career. What unique skills do you have? always finding a compromise, persistence, working hard under the preasure for 24 hours a day. Beeing able to take pesponsability. Easy and fast learning, easy taking new things, finding an approach to different people. Non conflict. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working with people, job connecting with languages (Russian, English, German), traveling. Work where i can see the results of what i`m doing. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Organize something, teach people - training them. Communicate. Learn something new. Taking part on the conferences.
