I think both are valuable as you learn from both as you grow up and gain experience in life, in your home life and the work place.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits of working with others can be benefiical and detrimental. There are so many things you can learn from older tradesmen and pass on. You can work more efficently but only with the right crew of men. Some times you can work with people who can only work with their own methods and will not change to suit others I find this quite irrratating which can then lead to heated exchanges which in turn is not good for the workplace.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of working alone can work well if you have confidence in your own ability you can move forward quicker and complete tasks to a standard you know you can acheive and be happy with and also your employer is satisfied with, which works out well all round.

What was your worst working experience?

Turning up for work late thru no fault of your own and trying to explain things with out causing any upsets. Not had any real bad experiences

Working in the winter months with all the bad weather that goes with it

Please replace this with a question of your own

What is the best way to find a job which is beneficial to yourself
