I consider Skills more Valuable, this is because,formal Education is just there to guide one to know the challenges and opportunity out there and help one to develop his Skills to meet and solve the numerous problems we have out there in the world.

I believed in team work,this is because no man is an island,As mother Theressa once said``what you can do I can not do,what i can do you can not do,but together we can do greater things. In a team we all have diverge opinion on an issue but through interaction we will always come out with the best.

With the issue of working alone, one takes decisions alone with necessary convincing another person to accept his ideas, Should one make Profit,he is entitled to all the profit after paying taxes.

One must always stand by the truth and do the right things always even if no one is watching and must always used the approved standards in Accounting as his/her guidelines in the course of his/her career
