I prefer to work in Ghana to contribute my little quota to the development of the country. What countries have you worked in? I have never worked in any country apart from Ghana. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have no visa to work in any country. What field do you currently work in? I am working as an account officer of a transport company in Ghana. What fields have you worked in before? All my working life, I worked as a teacher in private primary school and also as an account officer. What qualifications do you hold? I hold Association of Certified Chartered Accountants(ACCA) Part2 certificate. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I preferred skills more valuable because it helps to be proactive and innovative in your field of work. Describe the benefits of working with others Some of benefits of working with others are: 1. It enhances one's social being, 2. Promotes cordial relationship and peace, 3. Brings team work and opportunity to learn and lead others, 4. Serves as a training ground to become a leader in the future. Describe the benefits of working alone The following are some of the benefits of working alone are: 1. Self motivation and confidence, 2. Self satisfaction and control, 3. Time management is enhanced. What was your worst working experience? It was at time my employers were unable to provide working tools to work with but to depend on brute force. And was an able to balance the financial position my organization due an error in data. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson learnt is self disciplined and honesty. What unique skills do you have? Team player, self control and honesty What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be an accountant of multi-national organization. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my working field is coming up of very reliable financial reports. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Really there are no least interesting aspects of accounting profession. What is my expectation?
