a combination of formal eduacation and skills. my reason is you need formal eduacation to know how things happen and this will enhance whatever skill one has,and formal education without the requiste skills for the job, one will not be able to put his fore knowledge into use.

working as a team everyone achieves more. with division of labour work could be done within the shortest possible time and working together allows for complementarity of abilities to achieve the desired goals. weaker people serve are also helped to be as replacement for leaders of groups. in general working together helps to achieve desired goals.
