To have a variety of skills is very important as having a little knowledge in many things means I can consider many different fields of employment Describe the benefits of working with others I feel stimulated when working with others as the exchange of ideas and thinking is a wonderful way to grow and stay mentally alert, also life long friends can be made through the work place environment Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone means I can use lateral thinking and rise and fall by my own decisions which results in improving my self esteem when outcomes are successfull, or learning to try again if outcomes are not so successful.
