Skills , I feel that formal education even though important would not be of use without any skills. Skills can be developed and education can also be taken at any time in ones life where as skills are attained through experience

Working with others in my opion allows you to use your people skills more as you are bound to deal with different personalities. It also gives you the chopportunity to learn form others while improving yourself

working alone also gives you the chance to use your own initiative and work within a tighter time scale as you would be solely resposible for your efforts and flaws , however it gives one the chance to prove their efforts

having to deal with a very very angry customer

I have very good communication andn analytical skills as I work directly with clients I have team building and good leadership skills as I frequently manage teams of different people.
