Formal education or skills and why? They are all valuable since you both are needed at the same time,and thus, you need skills in formal education and skills can be well shapened with formal education. Describe the benefits of working alone You enjoy exploring your God given potentials and you will therefore enjoy the outcome of it. What was your worst working experience? Unfaithfullness of the manager. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? If really I have to move on in life thenb I have to move up. What unique skills do you have? Very descipline, dynamic, fast learner,computer litrate, good managerial, human relational, communication and decision making skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A Reverend Profesor. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? You get to know how to take good care of whaterver that is entrusted in your hands because of accountability (Stewardship responsibility and accountability). Do I need to work and why? Yes because there is some potentials in that will benefit the whole earth that without me the world will never get to know of it and the world will suffer for that.
