first of all,i will appreciate the fact that they are all important but for me formal education is more valuable.this is because formal education is needed for proper management and without proper management all work will be in vain.formal education is even needed to enhance skills for efficiency at work.
Describe the benefits of working with others
there are several benefits in working with others,first of all there is always new ideas as to how things should be done and this prevents long time thinking about how a problem should be dealt with.secondly working with others releases tension and anxiety which may promote efficiency and increase productivity.
Describe the benefits of working alone
working alone enhances maximum concentration in the performance of duty.that means that with maximum concentration errors are limited and the best comes out of the person since he/she would be blamed or praised for a job done.

shortage of production materials leading to idleness and consequently reduction in salary.
