Both to me are equally valuable, because at some points in the development process of any body,one of the two is imperative. Describe the benefits of working with others With working with others, one stands to learn from diverse angles and thus broadens one's intellectual, operational and managerial horizon. However, it may lead to delays in producing results sue to the possibility of counter ideas and possible disagreements. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has the tendency of one getting things done on time, but makes it slightly impossible for one to learn new things, especially if workload is big and time consuming. What was your worst working experience? During my service, I worked partly in a team and partly alone. on working in the team I had a worst experience at a time that I needed to get a feedback from a team member before executing a particular project, who failed to do so on time hence caused an unnecessary delay on the execution of the project. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt to be proactive and self disciplined What unique skills do you have? I easily new things from sources that I am exposed to. I am also very comfortable with analyzing and proving facts. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be come a goveernor of Ghana's central bank. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? economics deals with facts and figures; proves and analyses; and focusting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? in most cases economics deals with assumptions and oversimplifications.
