APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AS SOUS CHEF
I wish to apply for employment as sous chef or IT assistant in your esteemed establishment.
I am a of 34 years old. I hold both Intermediate and Advance Catering certificate from the Takoradi Polytechnic. I started as a cook with the Camp & Catering Restaurant Service (CCRS), Obuasi and move to anyinam lodge Obuasi where I worked as sous chef from 1992 to 1994. I was employed at Hotel Rexmar Kumasi as sous chef (1998-1999 and later as chef de cuisine (1999-2003). I have a considerable experience in Continental, Chinese and Pastries and prepared to work as either a sous chef or chef de Pate.
I also have experience in IT. I pursued diploma Computer Hardware, Networking and Graphic Communications at Comptia IT professional Membership UK (correspondence school) and Africana Information Technology Center Accra. With this training, I worked with Ultimate Hotel Accra from 2003 to 2007 as IT assistance and at the same time chef de cuisine. I am determined to work as an IT Assistance should you offer me that opportunity.
I am a man of great determination and ready to serve. My cardinal principle is to leave a good mark through hard work wherever I found myself. I am very determined to justify my experience if you will accept me. I am personally known to Hon Boahen Aidoo.
