A.A.S(Associates in Applied Science)Public Administration/ Human Services, Career Certificate for Substance abuse Counselor,Certificate in Community Relaions and Public Communication. Certified CPR/EDC.Lincense from Red Cross. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I must say a combination of both. Your natural skills and abilties are good because it's an innate abilty and when used from the heart it comes across good but to be more effective and efficient in anything you will need formal education and trainning in order to develop those skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others afford you the opportunity to learn and grow as well as the opprtunity to share and teach what u know. It's also and exchange of the humanity aspect that allows us to learn what we all have in common no matter what race , culture or background we come from. We can also learn other's cultures and ways of life as well. Describe the benefits of working alone Working independently allows you the opportunity to remain on task , helps you to become orgainized and structured , You must displine and prioritize assignments in order to accomplish your tasks. What was your worst working experience? Working in with a group of people that had to many cheifs and not enough Indians. I'm a team player and work well with others when everyone is willing to perform his or her own job as oppose to wanting to be in charge and micro manage other without completing their own assignments. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That in order to be sucessful at any field, job or career . U must be consistant, you must show respect for others , you must have good attendence, learn other stategies when working andyou must be organized. What unique skills do you have? I'm a fast learner and I'm versatile.
