Formal education is more valuable than skills training just as the the head is more important to the body than the hand. With formal education, one is trained to think to produce huge intelligent results, where as skill training is just restricted to accomplishing a particular task on hand.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others is as essential as having the body parts coming together to work. Everyone in a team is equally important. Their efforts can provide lessons to inspire others or to warn them. Their positive contributions are necessary for an increase in productivity which is the ultimate goal of every good undertaking.

MY worst working experience was when I was compelled to worked with a group of arrogant and ignorant people who had not the slightest passion about what they where called to do.

The most important lesson that I have learnt in my carrer life is that: without true passion, there can be no significant progress in any task. So whenever I have a new assignment, I first develop the passion before engaging myself in the task.
