Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills.Yes because technical know-how is what is needed on the job field and not theory. Moreover some have excellent qualification but lack the application skills and might a low productive resource to the firm. on the other hand i think 30% formal education and 70% skills will balance it all. Describe the benefits of working with others As the adage goes "more hands increase productivity". So i general working with other people, advance's ones co-operation level,increases productivity,also there is an inbuilt mutual acceptance and speed work. Describe the benefits of working alone There more concentration towards the work at stake.Also it serves as a challenge to the worker in terms of developing experience and competition with other workers in terms of excellency. What was your worst working experience? Never had one but may be trying to overwork and inventing news ideas and short ways to accomplish work easily and faster. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Time is money.And that whatever one's hands find doing one must do it with all might and heart. Also success is for those who see failure as a wake up spirit and not depression. What unique skills do you have?
