In any part of the country where i could make a meaningful impact to reduce poverty through education , income generating activities and relevant developmental projects What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Togo and especially in Ghana as a facilitator and a supervisor in a world Bank sponsored literacy program aimed at helping those with no form of Education to be given some form of Education through non-formal Education. I have worked as a facilitator before, it was quit challenging but it was a great experience What qualifications do you hold? I am a first degree holder Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education is very important to equip an individual to become creative and responsible that will enable that person to fit into the cooperate world but nevertheless skills enable one to develop his intellectuality for sustainable development. Seeing those with no form of education being able to read and write and thereby improving their standard of living . What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Not being able to meet the needs of all because of insufficient resources.
