I have worked in Togo and especially in Ghana as a facilitator and a supervisor in a world Bank sponsored literacy program aimed at helping those with no form of Education to be given some form of Education through non-formal Education.

I have worked as a facilitator before, it was quit challenging but it was a great experience

Formal Education is very important to equip an individual to become creative and responsible that will enable that person to fit into the cooperate world but nevertheless skills enable one to develop his intellectuality for sustainable development.

What was your worst working experience?
As human beings we sometimes make mistakes but i am very duty conscious and don't remember any worst working experience.

To be tolerant,be a good team player,work as schedule and to have a high level of integrity.

Seeing those with no form of education being able to read and write and thereby improving their standard of living .

Not being able to meet the needs of all because of insufficient resources.
