Both because, one has to have formal education in addition to the skills to be able to florish in life. the skills combined with the knowlegde from the formal education can really make one intelligent and creative. Describe the benefits of working with others As the saying goes two heads are better than one. working with others makes the work very rich in good ideas which makes the work very interesting Describe the benefits of working alone Though working alone makes one gain alone, there are many disadvantages. one might no of most thing, but will not be able to bring up most ideas as the way a group brings up ideas.
