Both, because you need a good formal education to obtain the mental skills for a good employment position

What was your worst working experience?
I never had a worst working experience, I was always prepared for any task I undertook, both mentaly and physicaly. I performed background investigation, into the task at hand to avoid bad experiences.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Patience pays off. speed will get the job done fast, but not always to the customers satisfaction.
What unique skills do you have?
I am a good communicator, I have dealt with people from banking exectutives to movie stars. I am a diplomat, mediator, negotiator and an all round people person. My biggest asset is me, I consider myself to be an asset to any employer.

To run a people transit company: Limousine/buses
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
I enjoy working with people in a helping capacity, communicating and fulfilling their needs. My horizons are broadened with every new experience and I enjoy meeting the challenges.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I make my job as enjoyable as I can, so I am never bored or unintrested in the job. Repatition is an unintresting aspect of any job, so I make it intresting.
