well both are essential since we need both to make the best out of ourselves, but considering both i think one with the skills is of more importance because i believe one with the skills in normally seen to be talented and will have the passion for whatever work he/she is given, unlike formal education most people go into certain careers due to influences andother circumstance without any passion for the work and this hence can affect efficiency in the persons chosen field of work i believe there is nothing as good as working with passion and enthusiasm.

Describe the benefits of working with others

well as the saying goes when you are given a broom it is very difficult to break that broom up but when its just one broom stick it becomes very easy breaking it,the same goes with working with others, ideas are shared, strenghts are shared and work load is limited to creat efficency and good work output however we all have differencies but it takes a matured person to live in an environment where people share different faiths, values and ideas. to create harmony and peace and a good cordial relationship with others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone?i think this is dependant on the nature of job you are doing, but if you its a small business you are coming up with and cant afford working with others due to financial needs and other circumstances thats fine nevertheless i think even with that you still need one or two people to give you a helping hand since you cant know it all and do it all,we simply need people to work with even an entrepreneur.
