formal education because it broaden your horizon in your field of work and enables you to achieve your dreams

I'm able to learn from others.

i work more harder when i'm working alone since there is no one to help.i also do all my best to yield the best of results since i'm responsible for the end products whether good or bad. i'm able to do more research in the area i'm working on when i'm alone.

working with a lazy colleague during one of my internships

To understand and tolerate people ,since they are not the same like me and not to assume that all human being are like me.
