Formal Education because when one gets formal education he/she can get the skills in a proper form wherever that person is asked to lead or work. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other brings about confidnece, motivation, efficiency and meeting targets. Describe the benefits of working alone There a little benefits working alone, because of boredom. What was your worst working experience? It was when I was to leave my job to sponsor myself at the University What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream is to work with poorer commnuities to assist alleviate their poverty What are the most interesting aspects of your field? when I am able to raise funds through children for community projects What are the least interesting aspects of your field? visiting these children at their homes How do you raise funding through children for any project? These chilren are linked to sponsors in the UK, Italy, Greece and Spain. The sponsors then contribute to the Organization financially and monthly to carry out development work in the child's community in order to alleviate poverty among the child's family as well as the community.
