Ipersonally consider skill more than formal education.Because work outside there is not about what you have achieved in shool but your ability to provide what is needed.

The benefits of working with others are that you can easily share ideas, find possible solutions of solving problems when needed, you can also socialise with them and know new people.

when you are working alone, you have your own plans and work according to them. You can also be free from any internal conflicts.You will be competing with others so your productivity will by all means increase.

When all our farm produces died on the field.
