Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
This is debatable in that I believe both formal education and skills are relevant depending on the needs at the time.

It allows for one to be able to learn from others and for others to do same;it fosters team work since 'no one is perfect'.

I wonder how one would work alone, even in private businesses people work not only for others but also with others.

That everybody matters.

Persuasive skills as well as excellent communication skills.
