I work as a general newsreporter and also specifying in health and sports reporting What fields have you worked in before? Worked as a public relation officer for marianos african company limited, publicity secretary for pacesetters youth organisation and currently as a news paper reporter for ghanaian observer What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in journalism and about to upgrade at the afican university college of communication in degree in marketing Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Though skills sometmes goes a long way in development, i believe formal education helps more because which ever way one sees it upgrading of ones educational background expands development since more and different ideas are being learnt or derived everyday hence different solution to addressing challenges. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other gives a great opportunity to having collective ideas meaning when there is an issue everyone as his or her own ideas and among the lot you derive the best solution to addressing a problem or issue. Describe the benefits of working alone Honestly i dont believe there is a benefit in working alone because in my view, i have realised emplyment workers are always confronted with numerous challenges What was your worst working experience? It was not that worse but a difficult task that i had to deal with and that was when i had to work as a public relation officer but for a year and half that i worked i was able to learn things i did not and things i could not do. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always listen to the customer, listen to challengies faced by customers and see how best you can help or advise them address these issues thus establishing a good relationship with customers and researching, communicating and confronting of issues is very necessary. What unique skills do you have? Communicating or interviwing always researching to know more ability to work with little or nor assistance very sociable easy to adopt or learn anything new.
