SSSCE (Ghana National College, Cape Coast), First Class in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (University of Cape Coast) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education. As age goes with maturity, so should skill go with formal education. One needs to explain formally what he/she can do skilfully and should also be able to put down some laid down rules for others to follow in his/her absence. Describe the benefits of working with others It makes one versatile and adaptable to change. It also makes you gain new ideas from others and builds your psycho-socio perception of others. An experienced lab analyst in the food and drugs sector with high level of technical abilities capable of contributing to the exchange of ideas in Laboratory Inspection and Management, Laboratory Planning and Design, with immense understanding in the Microbiological analysis of food and drugs and knowledge in Environmental Safety Management in safeguarding public health.
