Formal Education because according to Leornado Da Vinci anybody who practice before learning the theory behind what they do are like sailors who go to the sea and do not have a rudder. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is necessary as it helps to learn from new friends who have different perspectives, Describe the benefits of working alone I have a natural inclination to work without supervision and to undertake independent research but l am a team player What was your worst working experience? I am highly privilege to have been equipped with a lot of experiences in the working environment which l think will make me the ideal person for any organization. For instances, from May 19th, 2010 – June 30th, 2010, l was offered an internship with Nwabiagya Rural Bank Limited, Magazine Branch in Kumasi to performed Customer liaison, Counter services, Call-over and voucher filling which earned me deference and praise from my managers for the effective way I have dealt with the “mystery customers”. Moreover, From June, 2009 – August, 2009, l had an internship with District Planning Co-ordinating Unit under Yilo Krobo District Assembly, Somanya to assist the District Planning Officer in; Project analysis and evaluation, Designate at meetings (e.g. DEPT.), Writing of proposals and minutes (e.g. DMAT.) and District profiling which also earned me reverence and admiration from the District Co-ordinating Director for the effective way l have assisted the organization. Also I attained admiration from the District Planning Officer for the capacity to work for long hours and on targets. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Having the right attitude to life is the any way purpose can be achieve in life What unique skills do you have? Participatory project proposal development Project identification, planning and appraisal using participatory tools Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation; Assessments of organizational policies, programmes and projects (using both conventional and participatory analytical tools) Corporate and financial restructuring Problem Solving Skills Power of Analysis Capacity to work on targets Good Writing and Communication Skills Dynamism and can handle different roles that may be assigned in different locations What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is any job that can offer me opportunity to achieve my goals in life What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As a Development Policy Planner, you must be critical minded,proactive or look into society and identify a problem and come out with the procedural ways of solving that problem. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Development Policy Planner is a jack of all trade What make you an ideal person for any potential employers? If selection of applicant will be solely based on academic qualification then my transcripts vindicate me as the best person, but classroom exercise does not include attitude which to me accounts for 40 percent of success of organization (which l have in addition). This synopsis is tilted toward experience, truly experience matters but it matters most who teaches you that experience and on the other hand the change which that experience will brings into the organization.
