However have exported and visited for export purposes, South America, USA, Australia, Mostof East and west Europe and Middel east, New Zealand What countries do you have a visa to work in? None at present however as my wife is Ghanaian I do not forsee a problem getting a Work Permit in Ghana What field do you currently work in? Sports services for children aged 1 -16 What fields have you worked in before? Recruitment 16 years, Franchising, Commercial estae Agency, washroom products in UK and all overv the world including consumablesa nd capital equipment. Charity work for disadvantaged children and families, Crimestoppers and the Police. sat on 4 Councils representing Crimestoppers What qualifications do you hold? 3 A Levels 9 O Levels. Many Management Courses Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills becuae it is what you can and have done that matters. what you have achieved. I have lectured and given Presentations to 700 Students and met the Prime Minister. I have dealt at CEO level and at Parent level. Describe the benefits of working alone You do not have to answer to others and make decisions very quickly What was your worst working experience? My present position dealing with Head Masters of schools who in the UK have no idea of time management and appear locked in to what is good for themselves rather than the children. it is also a working area in the UK where you can earn very little when you are used to earing £100k p.a. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always respect people at all levels. Tose you meet on the way up you may one day meet on the way down!! If you respect people and you are honest with them they will usually develop a respect for you and working with them in the future will be bvery much easier What unique skills do you have? My ability to think outside the box and to negotiate and handle several operations at the same time. the busier I am the better. Managing a multi service business or Property management/sales related business What are the most interesting aspects of your field? negotiating, and giving a service better than the competition What are the least interesting aspects of your field? dealing with people sometimes who waste your time and aree dishonest What can you do for your next employer Help him ensure he builds his/her business to be the most respected and profitable business of its type in the area. manage a Business to the extend that the owner does not need to worry about what is going on as he/she will have an honest exceptionally hard working manager who will work 15 hours a day if necessary because he enjoys working.
