Marketing related job such as Marketing and Sales Officer, Distribution Officer where i will have close interaction with my customers.

I have only work and continue to work in Ghana.

Although i have visa but have not apply for any Country.
What field do you currently work in?
Currently i am with the Marketing Department where i work as Distribution Officer for a Shea Nuts and Soya Bean Manufactuering Company.
What fields have you worked in before?
I have also worked as ICT analyse where i work on all secretary jobs such as typing letters, invitation cards and all business cards. Again i have work as assistant cordinator for Integrated Payroll Personel Devision(IPPD) at the Ghana Education Service.
What qualifications do you hold?
I hold Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Software.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
It is very important for all to have formal education because it helps us to be good managers, when to take risk. It help us to express ourselves when we meet other colleagues. Education gives good manners and also us build on our character.
Describe the benefits of working with others
In working with others we are able to know their likes and dislikes. Again we learn the culture of others and build upon our shortcomings.
Describe the benefits of working alone
It does not help one to build anything because what we know is what we practice and if it is a mistake we continue with it because we dont share ideas with any body.
What was your worst working experience?
When a customers driver misunderstood and misrepresented me to the customer which cost me alot.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
It is always good to share ideas because knowledge does not resides in only one persons mind.By sharing and my problems with others i usually gets various views that help me to position myself better.
What unique skills do you have?
In how to handle customers especially on phone because customers are not easy to come by and when we get them we must treat them as queens and kings.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Being a Marketing Manager of a reputable firm
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Where everything a customer does you must still have at the back of your mind that they are queens and kings even if they are wrong.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
By defending yourself to be correct in the sight of your customer you are in another way swaying away your customer because they are always right
