I am looking for Secretarial jobs thus, typing letters, documents and memos, receiving letters and visitors, filing of documents, photocopying and duplicating services as well as attending meetings.

I speak English, Twi and Ga intelligently and I can write them as well.

I want to work in Ghana because it is my wish to help develop my country with the help of Vodafone Ghana Limited.

I have only worked in Ghana.

I currently work in the secretarial field.

I have worked in teaching and production field.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am a stenographer with a Diploma in NVTI and NACVET.
I am also a computer literate with a Certificate in Microsoft Office User. That is I am good in MS Word 2003, MS Excel 2003, MS Power Point 2003 and Internet Concepts.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider Formal education more valuable than skills because when you are educated you will definately acquire skills, in another way you cannot be skilled when you are not formally educated.
Describe the benefits of working with others
First of all when you work with others you work as a team which brings efficiency in work and increase in productivity therefore the organisation derives some benefits.
Another point worth mentioning is since two heads are better than one your mistakes may be corrected which brings improvement in work.

When you work alone you benefit from all profits and you take decisions alone.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was when I became idle in the office.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Throughout my career I have learnt to have a good human relation.
What unique skills do you have?
I am a good listener and intelligent and also a fast learner, I have a typing speed of 60 words per minute and good in shorthand and its transcription.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I consider working with Vodafone Ghana Limited as my dream job.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The most interesting aspects of my field is when I receive visitors, some with calm behaviours whilst others acts rudely and inpatiently.
With this I become aware that I, as a Secretary should continue tolerating all kinds of behaviour.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The least interesting aspects of my field is when I get to the office and I find out that there is nothing to do, no letters to receive, no photocopying and other jobs related to me as I expect.
And when a paper gets misfed in the photocopier I become boring.
How do you see Vodafone as a network in the near future.
I promise Ghana and the whole world that in the near future Vodafone would be the best Telecommunication Network and would continue providing good services to its customers.
