Dear Sirs, I wish to introduce myself as a HR professional, with over 25 years of work experience in various organizations. Iam now employed, as Manager - HRD, with M/s Brakes India Limited, in their Foundry Division, at Sholinghur, which is around one hundred kilometers from Chennai, India's fourth largest metropolis.
I have been teaching various subjects in Management, with specific reference to Marketing, Strategic Management, and virtually every aspect of Human Resources Management in over one hundred B-schools in the South Indian States of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. My strength is that I combine the insights gained through my practical experience with the concepts in Management Sciences. I have, in the course of my career, worked as a Research Assistant in HR, with the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and as the Head of Department of Management Sciences, Ranchi, in North India.
I have publised at least two hundred articles in various magazines and journals and a few websites as well.
I long to teach in Ghana, as I understand that this country is now on the growth path and offers wonderful opportunities for professionals.
